The Home & Away Apartments & guesthouse are conveniently located in the heart of the city where we offer a range of accommodation in the Amsterdam inner city area. Furnished apartments and Bed & Breakfast Guestrooms for both leisure and business purposes.
General information
All locations are in the approximity of Central Station, Dam Square and the Canal Area. Therefore restaurants, shopping facilities, and all major tourist attractions Amsterdam has to offer are within walking distance.
We are a small company offering a personal and flexible approach in order to ensure the right match between you and your temporary home. We believe in the adagio: "no cure no pay" and we will do our best to make you feel at home in your temporary space.
On demand we offer extra services such as laundry, dry-cleaning, parking, taxi and grocery services. For check in during office hours we ask you to check in at the Espressobar Cafeine in the Korte Lijnbaanssteeg 1 If you arrive outside opening hours you should contact us in advance to inform us about your arrival time. For check in outside the opening hours you can contact us by phone.

Cancellation Policy
Payments:
Home and Away apartments will charge 20% of the total amount from your credit card for administration costs when the reservation is made. This amount is not refundable.
Cancellation policy
-Up to 14 days in advance you can cancel without any costs involved -Within the 14 days up to 72 hours prior to your arrival Home and Away will charge 25% of the total outstanding sum.
-If you cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival or if you do not contact us at all (no show), Home and Away is entitled to charge you with the total outstanding amount of your stay.
Guesthouse Dam
The location is 5 mins walk from the Central Station, Dam Square and we are next to the famous Canal Area. Parking garage "De Kolk" is 50m from the Guesthouse. The room has twin beds with cable tv, alarm clock, water boiler, private bathroom with shower, toilet and a sink, central heating, iron, and there is 24h wireless internet connection. Breakfast can be obtained as well in the Espressobar downstairs. Standard we offer bed linen and towels.
